Pasta is a necessary part of life (unless you’re like my sister and don’t like it…her DNA test results forthcoming). It’s versatile, easy to use and there are so many fun shapes to choose from! I have yet to experience a problem that a steaming plate of pasta can’t fix or at least ease. I have a few go-to pasta dishes that really never fail me, but when I have a little more time, I like to try new varieties and mix up the ingredients a bit. They’re all equally easy to create.
If you’re into this whole gluten-free trend or suffer from Celiac disease like my dad, don’t worry, there are still options out there. I’ve experimented with a lot of different gluten-free pastas and surprisingly, came away liking some of them.
Whatever your preference, pasta will take on any flavors you impart upon it and it does so in a very delicious way.
Now, lets pretend its a chilly fall day (not just cuz that’s what today is) and MAKE SOME PASTA!
