
Dilemma: One day, I happened upon a sad little container of left over pumpkin puree in the fridge. Not enough to make a pie and too much to freeze just to be re-forgotten. The abandoned pumpkin puree needed to be needed again. Solution: SMOOTHIE!
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup low-fat greek yogurt
1/2 milk
4-5 tsp agave or honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-Serves 2
Blend ingredients and pour over ice to serve. And of course, squirt some whipped cream on top because it needs to be needed too.
