Chocolate Cupcakes

Dry Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

Wet Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups milk (soy milk makes this a vegan recipe!)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. white vinegar

1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients together separately and combine wet ingredients together with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer. Slowly add in dry ingredients until everything is thoroughly combined.

Bake at 350 C for 15-17 minutes

Makes about 12 regular cupcakes
